The Role:As our Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our growing organisation. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will:

• Deliver insights into business performance, influencing strategic decisions.
• Manage stock and WIP reconciliations, providing clarity on movements.
• Analyse gross margin drivers, including sales mix, variances, and cost impacts.
• Ensure revenue is recognised in line with IFRS 15 standards.
• Support audits and complete group reporting requirements.

About You:We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• An analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, ready to influence decision-making.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a low-ego approach to collaboration.
• Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys solving complex problems.
