My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing insightful management reports, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage financial dashboards for clear data presentation.
- Prepare and update Management Account reports for decision support.
- Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and cashflow analysis.
- Analyze project reports and event budgets for accurate cost allocation.
- Oversee salary payments and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Prepare and submit UK VAT returns and manage international tax obligations.
- Support the annual audit process and manage intercompany recharges.
- Provide operational support and holiday cover for finance functions.
Requirements:
- part-qualified CIMA/ACCA studier
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Sage Intacct and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with UK VAT and international tax regulations.
- Experience in supporting audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in cashflow management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
