Management Accountant Lincolnshire, UK Elevation Accountancy & Finance Recruitment are excited to have partnered with a local organisation as they look to recruit a Management Accountant. • Assist in producing monthly management accounts, including tasks such as accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the budgeting process and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• Provide insightful analysis to aid business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement best practices within the finance function.
• Work alongside external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant audit processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new company-wide system (Sage 200 / CIM 200).

Skills & Qualifications Required: 

• Hands-on experience with accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• AAT Level 4 (required) 
• Progressing toward a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to continuous professional development
