Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, input, and review fixed assets, loans, prepayments, accruals, and month-end processes to produce accurate P&Ls for each practice.
• Deliver comprehensive management accounts with analysis and commentary to the Finance Director.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, addressing and resolving any issues.
• Act as a business partner, collaborating effectively with other departments.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Person Specification:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate effectively.
• Solid understanding of management accounts and day-to-day accounting procedures.
• Skilled in handling and presenting consolidated accounts data using Sage Line 200 and Excel
• Adaptable, proactive, and unafraid to tackle challenges or learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
