Management Accountant - CMA Recruitment Group : Job Details

CMA are partnering with a well respected local secondary school to recruit a Management Accountant on an ongoing temporary basis to cover a period of sickness. The role will be responsible for producing management accounts, payroll and working alongside an Accounts Assistant.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Production of management accounts;
• Processing of payroll;
• VAT returns;
• Month end close of ledgers alongside Accounts Assistant;
• Bursary applications;
• Supporting Accounts Assistant with ledger work.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• Previous experience in a similar role, comfortable with a varied and diverse role;
• Must have payroll experience; 
• Available on short notice;
• Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential;
• Happy to have an Enhanced DBS check upon successful completion.

• 8.45am-4.45pm hours but happy to consider part-time hours as well; 
• Temporary contract until end of school year at least
