Join our dynamic finance team as a Management Accountant, supporting our business with detailed and accurate weekly accounts and financial reporting. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate site weekly accounts, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Analyse material variances, investigate major discrepancies, and provide insights.
• Complete direct labour variance analysis and collaborate with Operations teams.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and new product costings.
• Provide financial reports and commentary to Directors and Group members.
• Continuously improve financial processes within the manufacturing accounting area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified/Part-Qualified- CIMA/ACCA.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge, preferably within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Fixed term contract for 9 Months based in Callington Cornwall
