Luxury, London based, Property business is looking to hire a Management Accountant.

Pls note, this role will be 4 days in office.

Luxury, London based, Property business is looking to hire a Management Accountant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts with associated commentary
• Preparing cashflow forecast
• Preparing insightful financial reports to add decision making
• Reviewing quarterly VAT returns
• Liaising with auditors and providing information as required
• Supporting wider finance team with improved financial processes and controls
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant
• Practice or industry trained
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Commercially aware
• Ability to challenge when needed
• Ability to manage various stakeholders and influence at all levels
• Advanced IT skills
