Description

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining cost accounting system, documentation, and records.
• Performing month end close duties for all cost accounts.
• Coordinating physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Investigating cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
• Updating standard costs in the bill of materials.
• Reviewing standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
• Reporting on periodic variances and their causes.
• Performing cost accumulation tasks as a member of the target costing group.

Profile

A successful management accountant should have:

• A degree or equivalent in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
