Management Accountant

West Yorkshire | Full-time | Hybrid | £40,000p/a

Are you a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded finance professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in financial planning, reporting, and decision support.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight for senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Assist in cost control, variance analysis, and reporting across multiple departments.
• Support statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors where required.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA (qualified or part-qualified).
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (experience with [insert relevant system] is desirable).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
