Management Accountant - CY Resourcing : Job Details

A confident Management Accountant is sought to support a well-established organisation near Ealing, London. This is a broad and varied role, working closely with Financial Controller, offering exposure to key financial processes, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, control, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Support Work in Progress (WIP) and costings, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project financials.
• Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting, assisting with variance analysis and financial planning.
• Ensure the accuracy of profit and loss statements and maintain strong financial controls.
• Support the Financial Controller with Balance Sheet management, ensuring financial integrity.
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial support where required.
• Assist in implementing group finance directives and aligning with organisational objectives.
• Maintain financial data accuracy within accounting systems and support system improvements.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, civil engineering, or a similar project-based industry is highly desirable.
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified or with relevant experience
• Proficient IT Skills - SAP experience highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce reliable financial information.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, working effectively with both finance and operational teams.
