What will you do as the Management Accountant?

• Financial Reporting & Analysis, prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
• Budgeting & Forecasting, preparation of budgets and quarterly re-forecasts
• Cost Control & Performance Monitoring, cost allocation and control
• Payroll processing, contractor payments, and VAT compliance
• Financial Activity, overview & management of sales invoicing and Applications for Payment
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnering, tendering & bid pricing
• Compliance & Risk Management, assist in preparing for audits and regulatory reviews
• Managing the Finance Team

What do you need as a Management Accountant?

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience working within construction is highly desirable
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling, tendering pricing
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, financial software (Sage, Xero, or similar)
