Management Accountant (12-month FTC)Up to £50,000 + Benefits + Hybrid workingAre you an experience Management Accountant keen on a 12 month fixed term contract with an international Professional Services firm based in Berkhamsted? We are excited to be partnered with a leading client of ours to support them fill a maternity cover contract role with the team based in the heart of Berkhamsted. About the company:

The Role:This is a typical month-end Management Accountant position reporting into the Finance Manager and alongside a settled team. The role is responsible for a broad range of tasks from producing management accounts to supporting with both the internal and external audit processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce full pack management accounts
• Adhoc project work to support the accounts function
• Production of gross margin reports
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse travel expenses and calculate PSA liability
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, VAT, statutory reports
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with any internal and external audits
• Provide monthly financial reports to leadership team and business units

The Ideal Candidate:

• Part-qualified/QBE
• Strong Excel (competent to an intermediate/advanced level)
• Proven track record within a similar Management Accountant position in order to hit the ground running.
