Management Accountant - Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are seeking a permanent Management Accountant for a progressive Accountancy Firm in Borehamwood. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will handle practice assurance, regulatory compliance, financial management, and operational compliance. This is a full-time office based role.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts, providing analysis and designated reports
• Bookkeeping and VAT reporting to a high standard
• Cashflow reporting and forecasts
• Month/Quarter end adjustments and reconciliations
• Providing support to junior members of staff, including training where required
• Work as part of a team and when required to:
• Prepare ad hoc reports for clients
• Perform payment runs

Experience required:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in professional practice
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
• Knowledge of professional service firms
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to suggest improvements
