Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations including budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and assist with other financial tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
