Management Accountant - Leicester - Service Care Solutions - Legal : Job Details

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a local authority in Leicester for a Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary contract. Please find a description of the role below.

Rate: £24 to £28 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd) (Based on qualifications, interview performance and experience) Contract: 3 months on going.Location: Leicester

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, including Budget and Senior Managers.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and planning.
• Support submissions to government and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to optimize financial performance.
• Advise departments on financial management and service efficiency.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 in a relevant field and AAT membership (or equivalent), OR a CCAB qualification.
• Experience in communicating financial information to non-financial professionals.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and planning skills.
• Collaborative and proactive, with experience supporting senior managers.
