Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Central London

Full-Time, Permanent position

An exciting opportunity has arisen Management Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant UK experience to join well-established accountancy firm. In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced team, manage month-end closing processes, and have a realistic prospect of progressing to Senior Management Accountant or Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&Ls, variance analysis, and commentaries.
• Conducting and delivering monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Managing the weekly P&L flash forecast reporting and providing analytical insights to the business.
• Delivering weekly key objectives to ensure OKRs are met.
• Supporting the budgeting & forecasting processes and managing & projecting the cash flow model.
• Assisting two accounts assistants to ensure the effective operation of Sales and Purchase Ledger functions.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
• Possess 3-5 years of relevant UK experience.
• Background in producing monthly management accounts.
• AAT qualified / Part Qualified Accountant / equivalent qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Skilled in excel.
