This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a proven track record in management accounts to bring their expertise and drive innovation within the business.

As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes, attending the office 8-10 days per month during these periods.
• Assisting in modernising and improving financial processes and reporting methods.
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Collaborating with teams across the business to streamline workflows and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in management accounts preparation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A CIMA qualification (desirable but not essential) or be part-qualified with substantial relevant experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
