Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Remote (1-2/Month in Leeds)Salary: £40,000 - 42,000Role Itself:Our client is looking for an ambitious accountant to join their team and eventually succeed into the role of Finance Manager. They are one of the largest property businesses in the U.K and hold several prestigious clients in their portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity for an up-and-coming individual that wants to take additional responsibility and will thrive in an environment that requires a breadth of hats to work across. The ideal candidate will be involved with management of P&L reports, sales and purchase invoices, report production, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:

• Completion and maintenance of Regional/National P&L accounts and forecasts.
• Management and issuance of sales invoices.
• Production and reconciliation of quarterly FM/System Fees, including Ad Hoc fees.
• Monthly salary and expense recharges reconciliation.
• Updating and maintaining fee charge schedules.
• Day-to-day management of an Assistant Accountant.
• Debtor data analysis and weekly report production.
• Monthly financial KPIs production.
• Overseeing coding and processing of supplier invoices.
• Assisting in the production of instruction/client profitability reports.
• Supporting accurate budget production.
• Assisting in year-end financial audits.
• Producing Ad Hoc reports as required.
• Maintaining professional standards and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• IT literate with strong Excel skills (including pivot/lookup tables).
• AAT/CIMA qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential.
