Contract type: 12 Month FTC The Quilter Crisis Management Centre (CMC) manages corporate responses to incidents impacting staff safety, business continuity, and customer confidence, supported by rigorous training and testing. In this role you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and evaluating critical, time-sensitive information protecting both the organisation and the safety and security of company personnel, property and reputation. The CMC also records, monitors, and reports operational resilience risks, requiring an understanding of critical business functions and services. Testing exercises demonstrate resilience and identify vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities - Knowledge and expertise in relation to the company's command and control response to crises and critical incidents including the facilitation of meetings and briefing products.
- Operate on a 24/7 basis to fully support the business against threats and disruptions. This includes on-call responsibilities (one week in four).
- Support the design, facilitation and delivery of crisis management training and operational resilience scenario tests to audiences across business groups.
- Work with other functions to ensure that operational resilience and business continuity is reviewed, tested, and maintained as business as usual.
- Produce detailed and accurate written reports for the benefit of incident review, reporting to regulators and implementing corporate learning and best practice.
- Consistently produce high quality assessments and reports relating to tactical threats as well as insightful strategic analysis to inform crisis management functions.
- Dynamic preparation and delivery of meeting notes and associated briefing documents to support the crisis management process.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft IT systems such as Teams, Excel and Word.
- Participate in sensitive projects and work streams as required by the Head of Crisis Management.
