Manager - Absolute Recruit : Job Details

Salaries range from £65,000 - £75,000 dependant on ACA PQEA global consulting business with an extremely impressive portfolio of clients is looking for an ACA Big 4 trained candidate to join them on their rapid growth journey in Cambridge. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to fast track progression and be part of an incredible strategy.Overview of the role:

• Work closely with senior management of FTSE 100, mid cap and start up companies to solve complex accounting issues
• Lead project teams and interact with clients and their Big 4 auditors
• Be responsible for developing and managing client relationships
• Be responsible for overseeing the smooth management of various Accounting related projects
• Lead and motivate the team

You will:

• Be ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA qualified a top 4 firm
• Have 5-7 years post qualified experience
• Have strong technical skills and knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
• Have high energy and be committed to excellent client service
• Be extremely personable with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships externally and internally
