The fund, which focuses on impact driven organisations across both the developed and emerging markets, are currently going through a growth phase, from an asset and people perspective, including opening new offices. Due to this growth, there is additional need for human capital support within the business and therefore they are looking to add a HR Manager to the team. What the job involvesAs the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of human capital activities across the firm's global locations. On the day to day, you work closely with the COO on strategic initiatives, whilst leading on all HR operational focused tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist who is currently operating in a supporting role to step up and take the lead on a broad range of responsibilities. Due to the firm's global growth, the role will initially be based in London but there will be an opportunity in the mid-term for the individual to move to Dubai to increase the firms HR presence outside of the UK.

Who we are looking for

• Experience gained within the private equity or boutique investment management space
• Proven experience performing a broad HR role
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions would be advantageous
• Proven experience of writing contracts, policies, and mobility processes
• Although not a prerequisite, an interest in moving to Dubai in the future would be advantageous
