Role Overview:As a Front of House Manager, you will lead a vibrant team of Catering Team Leaders and Assistants, ensuring all guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of food safety, presentation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas. You will engage directly with guests, enhancing their overall experience while also focusing on team training and continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:•    Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch dining experiences.•    Maintain rigorous standards of food safety and presentation.•    Engage and interact with guests to ensure a satisfying dining experience.•    Identify training needs and opportunities for team improvement.•    Uphold core values of FUN, SAFETY, QUALITY, INCLUSIVITY, TEAMWORK, and RESPECT.

Who Are We Looking For?•    Individuals with a robust understanding of high-volume/mass catering.•    Strong knowledge of food, dietary, and allergen safety.•    Proven experience in managing and training teams.•    Qualifications in Food Safety and Allergen Management (desirable, not essential as training is provided).
