Salary : £32,000-£38,000 (depends on experiences) + Commission

The company is now looking for an outstanding person to join the sales team and really make a difference to the portfolios and long-term investment strategies of its clients.

The role in summary: Connecting property buyers & investors with residential properties in the UK

• Manage a property portfolio including planned new builds and off-plan information
• Develop the marketing collateral for your target audience
• Attend promotional property events
• Upload all property information onto social media, the company website and other relevant sites
• Organise and coordinate investment seminars

• Research suitable Chinese buyers
• Approach Chinese buyers with promotional information and develop a personal network of potential HNW clients looking to invest in the UK
• Send out targeted invitations to small promotional investment property events and all follow-up
• Help to negotiate on the sale and manager all aspects of the sales process
• Explain and also navigate the UK legal requirements surrounding purchasing residential properties
• Liaise with lawyers
• Organise and attend property viewings with clients

Requirements

• Previous UK property sales background for at least 3 year
• Fluent Mandarin and English
