We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Cleaning Expert to oversee and optimize GMP-compliant cleaning operations in a mammalian manufacturing facility that is currently in its startup phase. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality compliance, and cleaning validation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Manufacturing Specialist or Bioprocess Engineer roles with expertise in GMP cleaning requirements, compliance, and QC elements.

?? Cleaning Operations & Documentation

? Lead the implementation and optimization of GMP-compliant cleaning processes.

? Oversee the preparation and review of cleaning-related documentation (Recipes, EBRs, SOPs).

? Manage quality records including Change Requests (CRs), Deviations (DRs), and CAPAs.

?? Audit & Regulatory Compliance

? Serve as the Manufacturing SME for internal and external GMP audits.

? Conduct risk assessments for cleaning processes and drive continuous improvements.

?? Training & Operational Expertise

? Collaborate with MSAT & QA Cleaning Validation teams to improve cleaning robustness.

? Develop training programs and mentor production teams on cleaning procedures.

?? Process Improvements & Project Leadership

? Represent Manufacturing in investment projects related to cleaning process setup.

? Implement Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and KPI tracking to optimize workflows.

�? Production Support & Supervision

? Coordinate cleaning activities with MSAT, QA, and validation teams.

? Ensure production areas remain technically flawless, clean, and compliant.

? Act as owner of the cleaning plan & Pronas (cleaning sampling procedures).

? Oversee troubleshooting, visual inspection failures, investigations, and product changeovers.

?? Collaboration & Risk Management

? Work closely with Manufacturing, Bioprocess Engineers, and Automation Specialists.

? Lead root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and risk management strategies.

?? On-Call Duty & Customer Support

? Provide on-call support for emergency cleaning-related issues.

? Act as a plant representative in audits and inspections.

? GMP & Compliance Expertise – Deep understanding of cleaning validation, documentation, and audit readiness.

? Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and data-driven decision-making.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership – Ability to work with MSAT, QA, and Engineering teams.

? Training & Team Leadership – Experience in developing and leading cleaning training programs.
