Key Responsibilities:
- Market Optimization: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for market growth and innovation.
- Host Support: Guide hosts in improving their marketing, operations, and customer service skills to boost their business performance and enhance customer experience.
- Personalized Insights: Collaborate with hosts to provide tailored actions that enhance bookability, maintain high standards, and contribute to market success.
- Problem Solving & Host Advocacy: Work with hosts to address challenges, and partner with internal teams to elevate concerns and drive solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Personally inspect local experiences, participate in activities, and role model best practices for hosts.
- Community Engagement: Host and organize events to demonstrate excellence in hosting and inspire the host community to strive for top-tier performance.
- Policy and Legal Collaboration: Ensure host activities align with local regulations by working with policy and legal teams on compliance.
Typical Day-to-Day Activities:
- Host Recruitment: Identify and engage potential hosts to grow the market, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Host Management: Provide ongoing guidance to help hosts optimize and scale their experiences.
- Content Support: Assist hosts with creating compelling photo, video, and profile materials to drive demand.
