Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are met.
  • Support the MD in organising events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Proficient in SEO techniques and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of rebranding strategies and techniques.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Technologies:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practises.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
