Job Title: Temporary Marketing Administrator
Salary: Annual equivalent of £25k - £26k paid on a weekly basis
Location: Pewsey, Wiltshire
Job Type: Temporary (November 2024 anticipated end date of February 2025 but could be extended).
Working Hours: Office-based 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
My client is a growing business, now in its fourth year of trading, working in a small office team, supported by a team of external freelancers. They are in the fashion business and provide high-quality products and services to our customers.
They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join their team temporarily from November to February but it could be extended beyond this date. This role is crucial in supporting their marketing efforts and providing administrative assistance to the company owners.
Key Responsibilities:• Social Media Management: Support with social media activities, including engaging with customers on posts.• Content Creation: Assist in creating look books, marketing collateral, offers, and brochures for events.• Email Campaigns: Build and manage B2C email campaigns using HubSpot, including campaign creation and execution.• Press Releases: Help with the creation and distribution of press releases.• CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot for CRM and list building.• Events: Supporting with marketing collateral for events and assistance with organisation of attendance for the events• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the company owners, including travel documentation, stock control, inventory management, and supporting photoshoots.• Office Duties: Assist with general office tasks and duties
Requirements:• Passion for Marketing: A genuine interest in marketing and a creative mindset.• Adobe Suite/Hubspot/Canva and MS Office • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.• HubSpot Experience: Preferred experience with HubSpot CRM but this is not essential• Dog-Friendly: Must be comfortable with having a puppy in the office.• Team Player: Ability to work well within a small team and with external freelancers.
