We represent a well-established100-year-old family owned, fourth generation business in the manufacturing sector seeking a Marketing Administrator to join the team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a medium-sized organisation with a reputation for innovation and quality within their market.
Description
- Performing data entry, including updating records and databases.
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
- Managing correspondence, including phone calls, e-mails, letters, parcels and samples.
- Organising meetings/appointments and overseeing catering for company meetings.
- Taking images and video for social media content creation.
Profile
A successful Marketing Administrator should have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous administration experience
- Good knowledge of IT system including Microsoft Office
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible with an ability to identify and manage priorities
- Confident, courteous & professional
- Good communication skills and people skills essential
- Interest in and understanding of social media channels
