We are seeking a Marketing Administrator for a role within the Manufacturing industry, providing vital support to the Marketing department.

Client Details

We represent a well-established100-year-old family owned, fourth generation business in the manufacturing sector seeking a Marketing Administrator to join the team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a medium-sized organisation with a reputation for innovation and quality within their market.

Description

  • Performing data entry, including updating records and databases.
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
  • Managing correspondence, including phone calls, e-mails, letters, parcels and samples.
  • Organising meetings/appointments and overseeing catering for company meetings.
  • Taking images and video for social media content creation.

Profile

A successful Marketing Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good knowledge of IT system including Microsoft Office
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible with an ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Confident, courteous & professional
  • Good communication skills and people skills essential
  • Interest in and understanding of social media channels
