Blenheim Palace is a large stately home that is an internationally renowned visitor attraction offering a historical day visit, wide range of events and dedicated family adventure play experience to domestic and international markets. Blenheim also builds and sells home via its partner Pye Homes. The business survives through visitor ticket sales and the sale of homes.

Job Description

  • Collect and analyse marketing data from various sources, including sales data, CRM systems, and digital platforms

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales and marketing performance

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales activities across multiple channels to assess effectiveness and ROI

  • Prepare and present reports to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape

  • Provide insights on market opportunities for both domestic and international markets

  • Lead and deliver projects whilst also offering valuable contributions to the wider team's activities

  • Analyse customer data to segment and profile the target audience for effective marketing activities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support data-driven decision-making

  • Stay updated on industry trends, AI, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics

  • Research, analyse, and optimise digital marketing channel performance, including paid search activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful Marketing Analyst should have:

  • A strong educational background in Marketing, Business, or a similar field

  • Proficiency in key analytical tools and software (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

  • A natural curiosity and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • An innovative and creative mind with a keen sense of marketing trends
