Marketing and Campaigns Executive - Charity Recruitment : Job Details

Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing and Campaigns Executive for a well-known International Charity based near Brixton, London. This is an ongoing temporary contract. This is hybrid working with two days in the office. This role is for an immediate start. You must be available immediately.

As the Marketing and Campaigns Executive you will assist the Assistant Head and Acquisition Campaign Manager in planning and executing recruitment activities, taking the lead on assigned tasks. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will assist in collecting and organizing compelling, emotive stories to be featured in appeals.

You will lead and manage designated supporter acquisition appeals and stewardship journeys across both online and offline channels. You will play a key role in planning the multi-channel flagship campaign. Collaborate with the wider Acquisition team to manage assigned areas of the campaign, overseeing various media channels (such as mailings, TV, press, inserts, and digital) to contribute to achieving the multi million pounds target.

As the Marketing and Campaigns Executive you will compile and distribute weekly performance reports, working with the Acquisition Campaign Manager to analyse results and provide recommendations for optimising future appeals. You will gather and share insights on supporters and fundraising best practices to help shape the Individual Giving programme.

Experience:

• Experience of working in an Individual Giving fundraising or marketing environment

• Experience of project management/ campaigns
• Experience online and offline channels, copywriting

• Good previous experience of working successfully in a fundraising role contributing to the delivery of team income targets

• Demonstrable good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information to customers and colleagues in a clear, effective and professional manner
