Marketing and Events ExecutiveSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per yearLocation: Reading - Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home

Our client, a leading organisation at the forefront of their industry, is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Executive to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented marketer to play a key role in shaping the digital presence while also coordinating impactful events.

You will work closely with the marketing and business development team, taking ownership of digital marketing strategies, managing content, and liaising with external agencies. In addition to digital marketing, you will help deliver a series of firm-wide and team-specific events, supporting business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
  • Create, manage, and deliver market-leading content across all digital channels.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including venue sourcing, invitations, catering, and event attendance.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for website development, SEO, PPC, design, and PR.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights based on KPIs and ROI.
  • Support internal teams with event attendance and representation at key industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for improving marketing performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress.
  • Experience with event planning and design tools like Canva is highly desirable.
