PR & Marketing Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Are you an experienced account manager with brilliant client management skills, who prides themselves on their strong project management abilities? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

They are looking for a team player with at least a couple of years’ experience in a fast-paced PR/marketing (or similar) environment to join them as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.

Based predominantly in their office in Manchester (with the option to work one day per week from home, if you like), they’re a sociable bunch who are proud to do marketing and PR a little differently. You’ll be joining a fun and friendly team, offering a genuinely flexible approach to work.

They looking for someone who can hit the ground running, to manage and deliver brilliant and impactful PR & Marketing campaigns for their clients - a range of B2B and consumer accounts in the construction, tech, and food and drink sectors. You’ll work closely with our account directors, and account executives, content creator and media planner to ensure we’re delivering consistently for our clients.

An interest and some knowledge of digital marketing, particularly PPC and SEO is beneficial as client work is likely to work closely with in this area of marketing, we have a digital specialist, that you would be working alongside.

• You have PR or Marketing agency experience

• You have excellent project management skills - you will be working across digital, social media, PR and marketing accounts so planning ahead is crucial
• You’ve proven you’re great at developing and managing PR/digital/creative campaigns aligned to clients’ objectives
• You’re a trusted partner to your clients and experienced in coaching teams to ensure they’re delivering quality results consistently
• You have amazing customer services skills - you will be regularly meeting and engaging with clients, so you will need to have a genuine interest in them and what they do, want to create relationships with them.
• You’re considerate and supportive to other team members (the right culture fit is SO important to us!)
• You can stay calm and collected in pressurised situations
• You want to create brilliant, creative campaigns that set us apart from other agencies
• You’re a strong copywriter and a media relations superstar - passionate about building great relationships with journalists to ensure you secure impressive coverage
