Marketing Assistant - Reed : Job Details

• Contract Type: Temporary (1-month cover starting 3rd February)
• Location: Kingston (Optional office presence 2 days per week) - Fully remote optional
• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a one-month temporary cover role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS) and newsletter building platforms like Salesforce.

• Manage content on company websites using Umbraco CMS, coordinating new content builds and updates in sync with the Product Team.
• Update pricing, products, and special offers on company websites.
• Engage with audiences on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and generate new ideas for blog content, including series such as “Day in the Life” 
• Create and distribute weekly newsletters for the company as part of the Brand and Co-marketing programme.
• Handle brochure requests and manage stock fulfilment.

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient in using CMS, preferably Umbraco.
• Experienced in using Salesforce or equivalent platforms for newsletter creation.
• Strong skills in social media engagement and content management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Flexible working with the option to work from the Kingston office up to 2 days per week.
• Exposure to dynamic marketing strategies and digital content management.
