This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in project management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
• Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking marketing performance metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
• Update and maintain content on our WordPress website, ensuring it is current and engaging.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative marketing ideas and strategies.
• Provide leadership support during team meetings, contributing insights and suggestions.
• Employ effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe software for promotional materials.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Ideally have minimum of 12 months experience within a marketing role or be a recent marketing graduate looking for their next step.
• Excellent communication & I.T Skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career.
