The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing department across various channels. The role includes content creation, campaign execution, market research, and data management to help drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
• Undertake any other marketing-related duties as required.

Required Experience & Skills:

Essential:

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• High-level planning and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Resilient and assertive approach to work

Desirable:

• A relevant degree or CIM qualification.
• Experience or knowledge in probate services.
• Interest in or knowledge of the stock market.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies
• Adaptable and open to learning new marketing techniques
• Interest in marketing trends and emerging technologies
