The requirement for this role comes at an exciting time for Rampton Baseley. Having invested heavily in the brand and traditional marketing over the last two years, the agency is now looking to raise its game with regard to digital communications. We are looking for someone who can bring this experience and be an evangelist for the effectiveness (and accountability) for all digital communications.

The Marketing Campaign Executive will be responsible for developing the annual brand and communications plan for the company.

This means helping to develop the overarching strategy and the individual campaigns that support the brand and the individual offices across all touchpoints:

  • E mail marketing
  • Maildrops
  • Sponsorships
  • Social media channels
  • SEO

The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated, have a can-do attitude, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be confident in taking on any type of Marketing task.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing creative briefs for all off-line communications (mail-drops), and ideally, having the core ideas themselves.
  • Executing the digital marketing strategies, with the aim to reach, acquire, convert, and engage with the various customer bases.
  • Supporting the delivery of all digital marketing campaigns including optimising websites and landing pages to maximise performance and drive conversion.
  • Creating, managing and optimising all content across digital marketing platforms including websites, paid advertising campaigns, social media and email campaigns.
  • Working closely with agency/partners to deliver successful paid advertising campaigns.
  • Creating and optimising email marketing campaigns in alignment with the e-CRM strategy.
  • Managing, updating and improving content working with agency/partners.
  • Researching new channels and content ideas to ensure we are market leaders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience across all marketing channels including email, advertising/media, websites and social media.
  • Understanding of GoogleAnalytics, SEO, PPC and paid social media campaign development, execution and reporting.
  • Experience writing briefs, liaising with agencies and contributing to the creative development of engaging campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and understanding of tactics and strategies to improve quality lead-generation.
  • Experience in HTML email creation, database management, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and/or Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good standard of Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks.

Experience in Estate Agency or other service industries (including Marketing Communications agencies or retail) is preferred.

Working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm
  • The successful candidate will initially be office based, with an opportunity to move to hybrid working once successfully embedded within the company.
