Marketing Campaign Manager - Better Placed Limited : Job Details

A leading consumer retail brand is looking for an experienced marketeer to join the business as Marketing Campaign Manager. A fast growing brand with a fantastic culture, this business has recently taken on significant investment and are now looking to recruit a number of positions to help them drive the next stage in their development. This role will see you join a wider digital and marketing team, and will see you work on high volume international campaigns all backed with significant budgets.

The Role :

• Take the lead in managing end to end campaigns focusing on customer aquisition and retention.
• Manage the marketing spend across various channels whilst looking at ROI and market insight
• Work with the broader marketing and digital teams making sure the brand is at the heart of communications.
• Keeping an eye on competitor activity, you will have a strong appreciation of the consumer landscape
• Managing the relationship with the creative agency making sure the business maximises the potential of this partnership

The Person

• Currently working in a similar marketing or Campaign Manager role for a consumer brand
• Experience of a broad range of marketing channels across digital and offline.
• Understand data lead campaign management and be analytical in your approach
• Ideally have some experience of line management
• Strong commercial focus, with the ability to manage and maximise marketing spend.
• Have a great personanilty with a get it done approach!
