Marketing Delivery Executive Location: Manchester Salary: £28k-£32k Hours: Monday to FridayGrafton Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive in the Manchester area for one of their busy, growing clients. A business who are uniquely community-led with a customer first approach. This role includes playing an important role in the Marketing and Customer team. The perfect candidate will carry experience within the marketing/sales industry a long with a positive and can-do attitude. The role:

• Work with the Chief Marketing / Customer Officer to help manage various projects, keep them on track, manage digital project boards, poke teams where needed
• To specifically support with the delivery and DTD management of the Strategic Utilisation Project which is a key part of their new Business Excellence stream
• Help manage CMO/CCO time to maximise efficiency and focus on the things that really matter
• Ensuring the CMO/CCO is ready for big meetings with supporting papers and intel
• Help to create strong strategic outputs (with guidance) - be it assessing a market opportunity and developing a strong case to support a programme of work
• Reviewing work done by the wider team / 3rd party agencies and contributing to improvements
• To support with writing reports, unlocking relevant datasets, keeping track of key industry developments and trends
• Support business case creation by unlocking and inputting relevant proof points
• Helping with financial budgeting and cash flow management and keeping budget spreadsheets up to date
• Support the growth of the business and foster a positive work culture in line with the company's vision and ambition

You will need:

• Ideally some marketing/customer background (1-3 yrs)
• Highly articulate / high intelligence / high confidence
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Used to analysing data / creating spreadsheets
• Some sector knowledge would be a huge advantage but secondary
• Strong academic credentials (university level / UG or PG) - degree is less relevant
• Highly analytical and personable
