Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, implementation, and management of marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns. Your efforts will drive a high volume of qualified leads into the Sales team, targeting both the wider SME marketplace and specific high-growth industries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and the entire management team, playing a key role in a close-knit marketing team of four.
  • Lead Generation: Oversee the completeness and accuracy of new B2B leads, managing brand budgets and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • Creative Development: Innovate and adapt Brand Identity, Voice, and Messaging with external creative teams to resonate with the right audience across various channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance. Produce regular reports to demonstrate campaign progress on key metrics like revenue, pipeline, and ROI.
