Marketing Executive Stoke on Trent – Hybrid working arrangements but must be local to the office. Permanent, full time (35 hours per week Monday – Friday) £25,000 per annumOur client is a leading organisation formed over 20 years ago and provide a range of digital software solutions to a specialist industry sector. Award winning and have a strong market share within their sector. As part of the business model, they also operate a marketing agency specialising in PPC / SEO and digital marketing for their clients.Due to continued growth and development within their strategic plans they are looking to expand within their marketing team for a Marketing Executive specialising within their SEO & PPC projects.The role of the Marketing Executive  is such a desirable role and will suit someone who has worked with clients on PPC (and SEO) marketing initiatives. My client needs someone who has the finger on the pulse of digital trends and who will play a key part in supporting the retention and growth of their digital marketing client base. The work you do will help their clients grow their businesses – selling more products, more profitably, more often. You will be managing digital marketing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for our clients across SEO and PPC. You will work within the Digital Marketing team – you will be responsible for your own set of clients but have a strong team around you to bounce ideas off and work collaboratively on projects. Your goal is to elevate their online presence and help them achieve their digital marketing objectives. A typical week could look like…. As the Marketing Executive, your week will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and client collaboration.Reviewing client campaign performance,
  • Identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary optimisations.
  • Collaboration with the team will be essential to discuss new strategies or industry trends.
  • You will delve into keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Creating and optimising ad copy for PPC campaigns will be a regular task.
  • Client meetings will allow you to discuss their goals and provide updates on campaign performance.
  • You will analyse website data to identify SEO issues, implementing technical fixes and optimising on-page elements.
  • Preparing detailed campaign reports will be crucial for keeping clients informed and demonstrating the value of your work.
 In order to be considered for the role of Marketing Executive you will: 
  • I Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in SEO and PPC
  • Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and technical optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of paid search advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and campaign management
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure and analyse campaign performance
  • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads
  • Good understanding of website analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEM Rush
 In order to be successful in the role of Marketing Executive you will:
