- Competitor research and analysis.
- Work alongside the Sales and Agency Sales Teams to ensure they have the correct materials to flourish in their roles.
- Publish regular social media posts on the Churchill Knight group of companies' social media accounts (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter). Explore opportunities to create new accounts on platforms to raise brand awareness.
- Writing and proofreading creative copy for all Churchill Knight companies - with a focus on quality of written communication and SEO strategy. Publish new content on the relevant website - optimising posts for SEO.
- Conduct administrative tasks to help the Marketing Department, Agency Sales, Sales and Onboarding Departments, including raising Purchase Orders, sourcing data for Marketing Campaigns, and additional ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Conduct surveys for existing clients (and leavers) to provide valuable feedback to help us improve our service.
- Take a lead on promotions for our self-assessment tax return service.
- Be proactive when we run special seasonable promotions, including Black Friday.
- Additional Sales & Marketing tasks when required, and the occasional task to assist other departments.
- Monitoring and updating departmental documentation (guides, brochures, email templates, etc.).
