Newly created Senior Marketing Executive role in Swindon, with a collaborative and supportive team.

An opportunity to join a SME as the second marketing person and make your mark in an innovative and fast paced environment, where your key skills will be recognised and put to best use!You will be a creative and driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead the charge in showcasing the brand and elevating market presence to take the business to the next level.

What you’ll need:

• Previous marketing experience where you have helped create marketing strategy and looked at marketing principles as well as executed successful campaigns.
• Excellent writing skills that you can draw upon for various types of content - website, blogs, case studies and press releases, social media, newsletters.
• Digital Marketing tools, including website CMS, SEP tools, social media platforms and email marketing software.
• Experience of working within architecture, design/build, or construction would be helpful!
• A creative and entrepreneurial mindset

Your role will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns. Growth strategy, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives that drive leads, engagement, and brand visibility
• Creating engaging content for website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
• Managing online presence, including SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research to optimise strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce impactful marketing materials.
• Analysing performance data to inform decisions and improve ROI.

Swindon based, hybrid working, part office based

Up to £40k

Ideally you’ll have own transport in order to get to the offices

Hybrid working is available, though you’ll enjoy collaborating with your colleagues in person for part of the week.
