About The Role:As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create marketing plans aligned to enhance our brand image and visibility of the company's facilities service offerings to generate qualified leads, increasing customer acquisition and fostering customer loyalty
  • Deploy multi-channel, targeted marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, paid and organic acquisition channels, marketing automation, events and social media
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Conduct research and analysis across the market, our customers and competitors for our core services and sectors
  • Develop and maintain marketing playbooks for our services and sectors to ensure a proactive and consistent approach to marketing

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms
  • Strong expertise in website platforms and digital marketing channels
  • Proficiency in non-digital campaigns such as events and direct mail
  • Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and senior management to achieve marketing goals
