Marketing Executive - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Marketing Executive to join their team on a maternity cover basis. This role is pivotal in executing the client's marketing strategy and supporting new sales business activities. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will focus on building brand awareness and credibility through a content-driven strategy, while also raising the client's profile internally and externally to support business development.Key Responsibilities:

• Online content copywriting
• Digital marketing and CRM ownership
• Website management and SEO collaboration
• Social media management
• Internal and external communications
• Marketing collateral content and coordination
• Lead generation and sales team support
• Data analysis and problem-solving
• Ensuring marketing compliance with GDPR, PECR, and The Data Protection Act
• Achieving and reporting on primary marketing KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Marketing diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing (or similar) preferred
• Proven experience of executing a content-driven strategy

Skills and Knowledge:

• Talented copywriter with the ability to adopt the client's tone of voice
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• CRM ownership experience
• Understanding of SEO and website performance
• Familiarity with primary B2B CRM platforms
• Google Analytics (GA4 desirable)
