Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help drive marketing, communications, and business development strategies that enhance the firm’s profile and engage key clients.This role is ideal for a Marketing Assistant looking to step up into a Junior Executive position, offering the chance to take ownership of key projects while still gaining valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.What You’ll Be Doing• Creating marketing materials that showcase the firm’s expertise and services.• Managing client relationship activities, including CRM database updates, tracking interactions, and ensuring the right contacts receive e-marketing materials.• Organising events and webinars, handling logistics, promotion, and follow-ups.• Keeping digital content fresh and engaging - ensuring the website, intranet, and LinkedIn presence reflect the firm’s brand and achievements.• Providing internal communications support, keeping teams updated with news, insights, and LinkedIn activity.• Supporting business development through industry directories, award submissions, and strategic briefing notes.• Helping to track marketing performance - developing reports on digital and client engagement.• Coordinating promotional materials and merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained.Who They’re Looking ForThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to grow within marketing and BD.
