This role offers a prime opportunity to deliver a communications programme to build engagement and generate income.Role Overview: The Marketing Executive supports the marketing team to maximise content and communications across the whole organisation. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach.Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure requests are distributed and added to the workflow of team members.
• Support the marketing team and coordinate requests that come from various areas of the organisation through multiple channels.
• Update the website with content from various sources.
• Source suitable images for the website.
• Review and edit content on the website, ensuring style guidelines and that content is tagged for search.
• Help fix broken web links.
• Coordinate content for the monthly newsletter.
• Tailor the content where appropriate to key groups.
• Manage the email delivery schedule to achieve maximum impact.

• Excellent attention to detail, content editing, and writing skills for the web.
• Experience in online communications and website content publishing.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Qualifications:

• Need strong Marketing Executive experience

• Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands.
