Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media presence across digital channels including LinkedIn, YouTube etc
- Measure?and report on the performance of the company’s digital marketing campaigns and social media channels
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, surveys and regular newsletters using a CRM system
- Create videos and podcasts for internal and external comms
- Help to maintain and develop the company website including creating landing pages, writing news items, ensuring the website is up to date and maximised for SEO
- Manage the company intranet and liaise with HR for people related posts
Content
- Drive and manage the company’s content strategy and activity
- Responsible for copywriting and editing, working with the business to write Thought Leadership articles and campaign content
- Help the business to optimize the use of AI to increase efficiency and improve quality of our content
Brand
- To manage the Verlingue brand across all channels with the rest of the Marketing team
- Design - to create marketing collateral and manage external agencies
Person Specification Qualifications
- Marketing degree/qualification
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for digital marketing and video
- Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Design skills such as InDesign
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
