Role – Marketing Executive/Manager
Location – Manchester City Centre
Salary £30,000-£33,000 + excellent benefits Type – Permanent
Reed are currently working with a professional services company, who are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive that will spearhead the development of the marketing and branding department, aligning all efforts with the company's mission statement.
This position entails crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that brings to life all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate organic growth, and engage both existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Management
- Understand and integrate the company's mission statement into all branding efforts.
- Develop a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms and marketing materials.
Content Creation and Management:
- Regularly produce and oversee the creation of engaging, creative content tailored to their target audience - This includes social media posts, marketing collateral, newsletters, and any other client communications.
- Creating engaging videos for social media platforms
System and Process Implementation:
- Design and implement efficient systems and processes for the marketing and branding department, ensuring seamless operations and consistent brand messaging.
Rebranding Projects:
- Oversee the rebranding of existing documents and marketing materials to ensure they are aligned with the updated brand strategy.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all marketing channels to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Adjust plans as necessary to meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
- Act as the brand ambassador within and outside the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
