Marketing Coordinator

Annual Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a fun, creative, and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their small team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fostering strong relationships with existing customers and driving repeat business, while also expanding their audience base through a bold marketing strategy, compelling content creation, and consistent, impactful email campaigns.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and lead in the execution of the overall marketing plan and calendar, helping to drive awareness of all our clients’ brands
• Content Creation: Create creative and engaging content for social media, email, website, and print marketing, promoting our clients’ products and services
• Email Marketing: Design, execute, and manage engaging email campaigns (newsletters, information emails, promotions, etc.) to boost customer engagement, orders, and retention
• Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content across all social media channels to increase awareness of our clients’ brands, engage with followers, and drive traffic to the websites
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, SEO metrics, social media analytics, and email campaign results to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience within digital communication
• Confident communicator and creative content creator
• Able to implement marketing plans and manage multiple projects and campaigns at any one time
• A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability in digital communications and creative copywriting including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative
• The ability to work well under tight timescales and flexible approach to work.

Desirable:

• Interest or knowledge in health and wellness products
• Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce
• Editorial SEO understanding.
• Videography experience
• Experience with Klaviyo
