Based in the beautiful site of the Whiteley Business Park, you can enjoy working in a location that offers you shopping, restaurants, beautiful walks or relaxing by one of the lakes with your lunch.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the new marketing strategy for business.

If you are a passionate Marketing Specialist with experience across PPC and Social Media Marketing, looking to work for a prestigious Tech company, where your ideas will be heard, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products or services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate market trends.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media.
  • Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Writing and proofreading materials for online campaigns.
  • Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Grow the Marketing Department

  • £30k - £35k + performance bonuses

Are you the perfect candidate?

We are looking for someone with the following criteria.Proven experience in PPC & Social Media Marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is preferred
  • Confident presenting to Senior Management
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
